Bear Mountain Silversmiths designs and manufactures every piece of jewelry by hand. Your order will truly be "one of a kind." If you are looking for a quick gift, most likely we will not be able to help you ... but it doesn't hurt to ask.
If you order an item from our catalog "as is" we will handcraft your piece with the quality craftsmanship that we have come to be known for. If you submit an order with a personal or custom request in the comments box when you check out, we will call you to confirm a price for the work. Then we will design a mockup and fax it to you for approval. After you approve our design, we will manufacture it.
As you can see, we are geared to quality craftsmanship, not quick turnaround. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for us to complete your catalog order. Personalized and customized orders require additional time. We thank you for valuing the high quality of our work.
We insure all orders when shipping. This protects you and us. We also charge a nominal handling fee to cover our costs for shipping your order.
For International Customers we have found that shipping rates and duty charges vary from country to country. The shipping rates in our shopping cart are for U.S. only. If you are an international customer, we will contact you with a quote for shipping charges.
